Great place for big family, or group. We only had three people in our group, so it was a bit pricey for our needs. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Beds are comfortable. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay. The contact with the host was nothing shy of great! We had plenty of area to play in the evenings when we were back to the house. My biggest complaint, however not a big deal, the listing makes it seem like you have 40 acres to roam but this time of year the wooded area was so grown up we couldn't explore it like we expected to. All around, we had a great family vacation in the UP!

This place is fantastic!! We had plenty of room and really enjoyed the new screened in porch. We had issues with the water pressure but Mark got back to me right away to take care of it. The house has so much to offer and is well stocked. It's peaceful and private.

Perfect intimate wedding venue

Such a beautiful space Mark has here. It did absolutely perfect for our little ceremony. Everything was super clean. Mark made staying here really easy and was always available for a text/phone call if we had an idea to run by him.

Great space for large groups

Family reunion of adults and kids. The indoor and outdoor space was perfect for us. Communication with the owner was both pleasant and helpful. He was very accommodating with all of our needs.

We found this property after our first wedding venue fell through and I couldn’t be happier! The house was absolutely amazing and very cool to find all the different nooks and crannies. The property was also amazing and beautiful. What really made the property wonderful though was Mark! He was super great to work with and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect! Overall absolutely amazing and it made for a great wedding weekend for us!

It was great to find a place that our family of 16 and 2 dogs could enjoy together. Plenty of extra blankets and space heaters for the cold weather. The layout was a little quirky but we had plenty of spaces for the whole group to be together as well as privacy when we wanted it. The additional building for billiards and the bunk house gave the teenagers a great place to hang out. Mark was easy to reach and he responded immediately to our questions. We would definitely consider booking this property again.

Fantastic Buddies Trip

The communication and checkin process was flawless. The property was excellent. We had a group of 10 guys and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Amenities were well laid out. Sitting around the fire pit, looking at the stars was perfect.

Weekend away!

This was a perfect place to get away for the weekend and just enjoy the outdoors. So much land and space to ourselves. We had a group of 15 and did so many activities like kickball, volleyball, water guns. We made the best out of the place and the town was about 20 minutes of a drive.

I cannot say enough good things about Mark or this property! Having our wedding here was perfect. The space easily accommodated our travel group and guests. Discovering all of the little nooks and crannies of the house was a ton of fun! We were elated to find that there were even things for our dog-- dishes, an outdoor tie-out (which was extra helpful being that we forgot ours), and even a special surprise dog bed in the closest that he made himself at home in!If you need a second for some alone time, it's easy to find a little place to tuck away for a moment. Honestly, if you need anything, they probably have it or Mark will help you find it. No shortage of blankets, soaps, towels, dishes, or condiments here! It feels like you've barely left the convenience of your own home. The natural view of the property is absolutely stunning. I highly recommend enjoying some morning coffee on either the deck or the covered porch for a little slice of heaven. Thank you again, Mark! We would definitely come back again!

Overall a fantastic stay. Mark's communication was crystal clear and he was a wonderful host. The property was beautiful and there was plenty to do in between our games. Any and all problems or questions that came up were addressed immediately by Mark and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to stay in the area!
