The Sunset View Villa Santorini is an entire home and very personal.

It has been built over 2 levels with views of the amazing caldera of Santorini and the magnificent sunset.

UPPER LEVEL ( 60m ) one of the largest private terraces with private Jacuzzi, Pergola & kitchen / bar, fully equipped with kitchenette, dining table, sun beds, Jacuzzi and the uninterrupted stunning views, (care of Santorini)

VILLA LEVEL ( 120m ) 3 Bedroom (one with ensuite) , 2 bathrooms with luxury facilities of modern day living. Sleeps 6 .
LINEN: The villa also provides all your towels, both bath and Jacuzzi, slippers, blow-driers etc and luxury toiletries (shampoo, soaps and body wash)

The villa's kitchen is an American Style kitchen with all the mod cons, including stove, oven, microwave, stainless steel fridge and all the cutlery, glasses and plates, coffee maker and cooking utensils. The kitchen looks out to the tranquil courtyard and seaviews.

The property can be reached by foot and is on street level, It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of the capital of Santorini called Fira.

In the village of Firostefani we also have many lovely restaurants , bars and cafes.

Location, location, location! Only made better by the wonderful property manager, Chris, who helped recommend and coordinate catamaran sunset cruise, delicious dinner at a special table overlooking the caldera, airport transfers, and more. Did I mention the housekeeper?! She came every morning to tidy up, refresh towels, make beds… just couldn’t find a better place!

We had a wonderful stay Sunset Villa. Chris was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and he assisted with setting up a Sunset Catamaran Excursion. It was so much fun! The location of the villa was perfect. Just steps away from great restaurants, little shops and of course the views! Breathtaking! We enjoyed the rooftop as well, it was a nice spot to end our evenings. Our family would love to return and soak in Santorini once again.

Great host- Chris made our stay. Beautiful view but it is upstairs from the living area. It is a traditional cave house and the dehumidifiers were running full on. It was a little musty, which is part of the charm of an old cave house. Great location very walkable.

Our stay at Sunset Villas was as promised. It is the perfect location on Santorini. Close walking proximity to Fira. The villa itself is perfectly appointed but the best feature is the private terrace for the most breathtaking sunsets on the island. Chris our host was extremely helpful and always available for any questions. The hot tub is a nice added extra feature. It is also good to be centrally located and close to many good restaurants and shops. The three bedrooms worked well for our family. If you rent a car there is public parking 2 minutes from the Villa and we never had a problem finding a spot for our car. Also several good restaurants steps away from the gate. You are right in the heart of Fira but still feels secluded especially up on the terrance. I cannot imagine a better location for a Santorini stay. We will definitely return again.

Words cannot describe how incredible this villa is. The location is truly the best in Santorini. Walkable to lots of amazing restaurants and shops. We used a taxi to go to Oia and i can honestly say the view from this villa outweighs any sunset view in Oia

Wonderful place

Our place was amazing seen beautiful sunsets almost every night. Kosta our host was amazing as well helped with the whole stay from bookings to transportation. Would definitely stay at this place again!!!!

Highly Recommend!

My friends and I had an amazing time staying here. The place is very well cleaned and decorated. The location is great as well. It’s not too far of a walk from the main town area and there is plenty to see along the way. Also, the view of the sea is breathtaking from the upper balcony area. We highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Fantastic apartment

Very nice and spacious apartment, very well located, steps to restaurants and shops, and the best view of the caldera from the private terrasse. Christos was very kind and helpful, providing great recommandations etc.

We absolutely loved the Sunset View Villa! The location is perfect. Amazing views, walkable to other areas and not overcrowded. We would love to stay again! The villa itself was great for our family of 5. The sunset from the rooftop was amazing and the cave-style home was cool and comfortable with plenty of space. Our host, Christos was extremely helpful with coordinating rides, a sunset cruise, reservations and anything we needed! We loved our stay in Santorini!
