Our spacious house boasts Four bedrooms and Four and a half bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. With 3 king beds, 4 twin beds, and an additional sleeper sofa, everyone will have a cozy place to rest after a day of exploration. The indoor fireplace adds warmth and ambiance during cooler evenings, while the outdoor fire pit is perfect for roasting marshmallows under the starlit sky. Enjoy the serene beauty of the water with 200 feet of waterfront property, providing a tranquil backdrop for relaxation and recreation. And for some friendly competition or indoor fun, our rec room offers a variety of entertainment options. For water enthusiasts, the house comes equipped with 2 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), and a pedal boat for guests to explore the lake. Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are NOT pet friendly.
If you do not honor our pet policy you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
