Loved all the bathrooms that attached to the bathrooms. Very nice feature. Our older children loved having their own separate living space. The yard games were a plus. It was much warmer on the upper level on the really hot days. Basement area felt great. Enjoyed the beach towels. There were enough for all 8 of us.

It fit our needs but definitely needs some maintenance and cleaning. Toilet ran all night which disruptive sleep. Curtains let the first morning light in a little too early. 5am. The kitchen was stocked nicely. It's still a hike to get to the beach so we ended up driving most of the time.

We were pleasantly surprising how lovely the home is. We enjoyed how open the common living areas were, having a two kitchens with large counter tops, and the mostly private backyard.

Reviewer Comments: 7 of us stayed and slept comfortably, nice clean house with great amenities in a good location - walking distance to the beach and casino. loved the size of the yard and the fire pit. i would definitely recommend bringing your own body wash/soap/shampoo as they were not provided (during our stay at least)

Worked well for family reunion in August

Some family flew intoChicago (then took train). Some drove from Ohio. We liked the separate apartments and 5 bedrooms( one is a nook for one person). The back deck is nice and has entrance inside with stairs up or down for each apt like a split level. The AC did not reach upstairs during the really hot days. Downstairs was cool. Kitchens were well equipped - only the skillets need replaced and a big pasta colander would be helpful! Used the beach chairs- thanks! Unfortunately the wagon had 2 flat tires. The area is residential, easy to get to the uncrowded beach-10-15 min walk, Dune Billies close by and delicious. Dunes NP is close. Loved the Hesston steam train museum for the kids. ( weekends only). We’d come here again!

Everyone had their own space and bathrooms. The house was very clean when we arrived. The property management staff communicated and answered all our questions. Maintenance staff were prompt and helpful. The location was great with the beach, park, zoo, train, restaurants nearby. Everyone had a great time!

This is a great place for 2 families (possibly more depending on your size). We loved that it was spacious for all of us. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. There’s a nice fire pit in the back for s’mores and relaxing around the fire. The kids enjoyed walking to the playground down the road and walking up the dune that’s there too. We came for the national park and a beach day and this is close to everything! I would stay here again!

General maintenance needed but we loved it there!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had eight guests, three of which were kids, and a dog. This place was perfect for us! Ample living and sleeping space, plenty of bathrooms, and a great backyard area with a deck and bonfire pit. There was a few articles of trash missed from previous guests which was an unpleasant surprise, and some small maintenance issues to address, but we would definitely book this place again in a heartbeat. It's a two second walk to a little park with lots of space to run around and an old playground for kiddos as well as a yummy little restaurant (try the banana French toast!) and it's a five-seven minute bike ride to the beach and the WA Park zoo, which was great. One other thing to note is that I never received check out instructions, so I'm hoping we did everything right and we get our deposit back!

Suite Reunion for Thanksgiving

Reviewer Comments: This house worked out quite well for us to come back to MC and host family for Thanksgiving when no one still in town has room for the whole family to gather in one place. Overall we were quite pleased. The only issue at this time of year was the basement portion of the house was quite cold.

The layout of the house makes it so easy to spread out and have two floors of entertainment and cooking if you'd like. The beds were so comfortable and everything we needed was there. The location is cozy and just across the street from a cute park. You're also so close to so many breweries, wineries, the casino and the lake.
