Regency Towers #208W, beach chairs, umbrellas, new leather couches!

Can't wait to put your toes in the sand? Wait no longer! Be our guests in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beautiful condo. This has been a family condo since purchased in 1976. We are thrilled to share our piece of paradise with our new rental friends.

Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, you will experience the ease of dipping into the pool or using the dune walkover for a glorious day on the beach.

Our condo sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds in the primary and 1 queen bed in the guest room. There are two full baths with quartz countertops. The kitchen is family ready with stainless appliances and quartz countertops. There are two flat screen televisions. One tv in the living room and one tv in the primary bedroom.

We love the location of our unit! This 2nd floor unit is easily accessible by one flight of stairs, if you wish to avoid the lobby elevators. Being an end unit, the floor plan has a unique hallway that spills into a large, open floor plan that is bright with light from large windows. We have one of the largest units in the Regency. It is 1,380 square feet in size. The balconies at the Regency Towers vary in size. We love our balcony but it is not the largest.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is at 10:00 am. No late check out. Strip sheets on all beds-leave on floor-do not wash quilts in machine. Leave quilts/shams on beds. Load and run the dishwasher. Take out the garbage.
Trash chute is located near the elevators on each floor. In the summer leave thermostat on Cool-73 degrees. In the winter leave thermostat on Heat-65 degrees. Please only take what you brought.
If you hook up games to our TV's or take TV off local channels, you must reconfigure BOTH TV's back to the original, local TV settings or incur a $150 service call. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep balcony door closed while the air conditioner is on. Please leave ceiling fans ON.
Please do not take home any blankets from the closets. Please only take home what you came with. Put TV's back on local channels.
If a plumber is needed due to pipes clogged with sand, you will be charged the cost of the repair. Use the foot bath on the boardwalk before the lobby

For all you friendly fliers, Pensacola Aviation Center is a great FBO to land and tie down. It is a 12 mile scenic drive across the Pensacola Bay and the Santa Rosa Sound. Get on bikes and explore the beach or play miniature golf, kayak, jet ski or parasail. There are so many delicious restaurants and fun venues that will keep you coming back! This condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. There is no need to get in a car or cross a busy street to enjoy our beautiful beach. What makes this property unique

It is an end unit with many windows. There is no tunnel effect! You don't have to wait on the elevator in the lobby. Our unit is accessible by the exterior stairwell. Guests love it because it is NOT overlooking the swimming pool! We also have a home in Marathon, Florida Keys that is available to rent. VRBO# 1691145
