Perfect location! Close to Wears Valley and Pigeon Forge attractions and restaurants. Only 7 minutes to Parkway, Dollywood is just a few minutes drive! Downtown Gatlinburg is about 20 minutes out. You have access to Walden’s Creek where you can fish, relax or walk along the trail. You’re also located within minutes to a Pizza shop, Jeep Rentals, Goats on the Roof Alpine Coaster and much more!
Access to the property is very easy with no steep roads and nearly all flat 2 car parking. There is ramp access from the side of the house if you’re not a fan of stairs. The house is1,200sqf, huge back deck surrounded by trees with a nice dining table and charcoal grill. After hiking all day in the mountains, you can enjoy the HOT TUB for 7 people, on the porch outside. Arcade1Up Mortal Kombat 12 different games. 4 Smart TVs, Netflix, HuLu, Disney plus. Wi-Fi high speed internet.
