Check-in and communication was great and easy. The kitchen had ample plates and silverware, but needs a few more larger pots and pans for cooking. The house layout is nice, the furniture was comfortable and pretty, and walk to the beach was very close. We had a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed upon arrival (elevator not working, outdoor shower not working, the pool wasn't clean, one of the shower liners was mildewy). These were quickly addressed but it would have been nice to arrive without glitches.
5 bedrooms are on the first floor. Comfortable beds, extra blanket and pillow in each closet. The two queen rooms share a rather small bathroom, and the two bunkrooms share a small bathroom so keep that in mind when assigning family to each space. Top floor holds the master suite, kitchen, living room and a half bath. Living room and dining area are large and plenty of room for all of us. Comfortable and clean space. Kitchen-no Tupperware, no large cooking skillets. Either the stovetop cooks very slow or the skillets are warped. Either way, it took a long time to cook dinner. Plenty of glasses and silverware.Only one refrigerator which isn’t enough considering there are 6 bedrooms. The fridge was broken when we arrived. They delivered two dorm-size fridges until someone could come fix it. Reaching someone at the rental company was quick and easy. Pool- there are only 2 lounge chairs so plan ahead if you like to sunbathe. 4 Adirondak chairs. There is a gas grill which hadn’t been cleaned in AGES! Outdoor shower area was stuffed full of beach equipment so we couldn’t use it, but were glad to have the gear. There were 5 beach chairs, 2 beach wagons and 2 shovels our teens used. Game room was very disappointing. Air hockey table gets power but doesn’t work. We called and were told it couldn’t be fixed. It should be removed from the house AND the website for accuracy. Shuffleboard has no sand so also weren’t able to use that either. There were 6 teens and they were all
