We loved staying at Indigo. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The booking was simple and checking in was easy. Would definitely do this vacation!

Beautiful view

Check in was not good. I called Southern Rentals and was told that there was a lock box at the door of Condo and all keys, parking passes were inside condo. After unloading everything & discovering that this was not true we had to drive 30 minutes back to Pensacola to retrieve keys, etc.

Our records show that the key pickup location was provided in the guest portal invite sent seven days prior to arrival, and our team also shared this information during your check-in day call. The pick up address is approximately 13 minutes drive from the unit. Your feedback is invaluable.
