Thank you for booking my villa and for taking the time to leave a fantastic 10/10 score review. I’m so glad you enjoyed my staff customer service, many clients say this in their feedback. I’ve fed your comment back to the staff and they are so happy. I do select them carefully and train them well. The petrol cost for the 8 seater vehicle was charge for what you used. The driver gave you receipts and you did use the car a lot. Regarding the mangoes, it wasn’t just mangoes, you ordered a number of items at the same time and the IDR200.000 was for all the items and a receipt was supplied to you. The private chef is amazing and can cater to all dietary tastes. It would be lovely to welcome you back to this or one of my other villas and look forward to seeing you again soon. Best wishes Craig

My family and I had the most amazing time here. The location is superb where it's quiet but only a 10 minute walk to Garlic Lane, the beach and Kuta. There are plenty of food options and mini marts nearby too. I have a 6 year old and 18 month old and we organized pool fencing and a portacot (which had a mattress and mosquito net!). The seperate rooms gave us our own areas and they were kept so clean! The best part though was the staff, particularly Wayan and Nyoman who were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. My children loved them! Wayan would spray the rooms for mozzies and light coils for us in the evening and turn down our beds. Nyoman is an incredible chef and made me the best birthday dinner. Agus the driver is so lovely too and we had some great conversations on our drives to the Zoo and Waterbom. The saddest part of leaving Bali was saying goodbye to them. We're making plans to come to Bali every year and will definitely be rebooking here. Thankyou all for a wonderful holiday.
