Quiet Stay

Overall everything was good, but not having the heat on at all before a guest arrives is not good for a winter rental. It took 6-7 hours for the room to be warm enough to be comfortable. My wife had to use a hat, coat, and quilt to keep warm until after 10:00 the first night. We thought we might have to leave and go elsewhere.

Had a great time here with family. The location was a little bit smaller than expected but still a great stay and fit the four of us! So close to the boardwalk and beach as you can get there in minutes. The five beach passes provided are a great touch as well! We have a great time.

Location is premium. A block from the boardwalk at 9th (Manco’s and Shriver’s!). Covered parking spot. Super easy check in. Host was very responsive and gracious. Place was clean and was exactly as posted. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and just right rooms

Went to visit Ocean City with college roommate (50 years after college!) - location perfect just two blocks to the boardwalk and two blocks to the bike rental and near several breakfast and gourmet pizza restaurants. The bedroom was great with a little balcony and the Murphy bed in the living room was comfortable for me, the kitchenette handy, and above all the manager was quickly available by phone and text and super nice!

My family had a great stay in Ocean City! The rental was just as pictured online and was very clean! We had no issues but Gina was a quick response when checking in and out. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect spot for my family (2 adults, 2 toddlers) to stay on vacation. Perfect location just 1.5 blocks away from the boardwalk. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to. The place was very cleaner and owner provided everything we needed. We were able to fit 2 pack n plays in the bedroom. Plenty of sleeping options with a bed in the bedroom, a pull out couch, and a Murphy bed. The balcony was also a nice feature to have a little more added space and enjoy the fresh air. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again!

Clean and great space

It was perfect for just the 2 of us. The only 2 things that everyone’s opinion differs on is the bed is soft and the toilet paper is single ply not comfy. Besides that the shower pressure was amazing! The mirror you push to have it light to do your make up. Towels, pillow and blankets are provided. The owners are reachable and easy to talk to. We definitely would stay here again!

Ocean city, great location!

Well kept updated condo within walking distance to all the attractions and Manco and Manco pizza. Perfect fit for a small family. Had my wife, my mother, and my 3 year old son stay over. Bed and futon were in great condition, and used an inflatable mattress for my son. The host, Gina, was also a great communicator and receptive to any of our needs throughout the visit. Definitely will be back!

The owner, Gina, is a warm friendly, caring person who responds promptly! Everything in the unit was exactly as described. I would definitely recommend this unit. Clean, cozy, centrally located. Parking spot is tight but we managed. It's still better than street parking.

Perfect getaway spot for a couple!

It’s so hard to find nice places to rent when you aren’t looking for a full week in OCNJ so I was thrilled to find this place! It suited our needs perfectly! I had to work remotely for a day so the strong Wi-Fi was very helpful. Everything around the condo was clean and worked well. There’s an incredibly comfortable lounge chair in the living room and the bed was also very comfy! You can tell this condo is well cared for, and they really want you to enjoy your stay—that makes all the difference! We would gladly stay again!

Nice Place With a Great Location!

My husband and I spent our belated honeymoon in Ocean City, and we couldn't have had a better experience than we had here. We prefer going to the beach in the off-season, so we ended up spending 3 nights and 4 days at this location, in early/mid October. It was perfect. The condo is well kept and clean, and located just a block 1/2 from the boardwalk. Perfect location! We really liked having a kitchen area, full bath, and a nice balcony area, to come back to after our days spent on the boardwalk or doing other "tourist-y" things. Most of all, we appreciated how organized the owner was/is, and how attentive she was, making herself available 24/7. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Great (last minute) Family Vacation!

This property was very, very CLEAN and well maintained! It was nice to have the bed sheets and towels included. Both the master-bedroom and the futon in the living room are very comfortable. The unit is perfect for a small family or a couple. We ordered take-out most nights, so we did not utilize the kitchenette for cooking. Gina is great to work with and returned every email and text within a few minutes. Amazing! She was also great with recommendations when I reached out to her regarding seafood, pizza, ice cream, etc.-Thank you again Gina! This unit is also very close to the beach-about a block. We preferred to got to towards 10th street and use that beach and never had a hard time finding a spot on the beach. The life-guards were great and my kids loved watching them on the paddle boards and jet-skis. Overall I would recommend this unit and working with Gina!!
