I'm glad to hear that the condo was exactly as described and that you enjoyed the location and pools, even with the Labor Day weekend crowds! I'm sorry that the maintenance concerns put a damper on your stay. When you reached out to us at 2:15 a.m., our team immediately began coordinating with maintenance, and we were able to get someone to the property that afternoon. Unfortunately, the repairs weren't completed until after your departure, and I wish we'd been able to get everything taken care of while you were there. I also want to apologize for the unexpected knock on your door. Even though you'd given us permission for maintenance to enter, we should have done a better job communicating when someone would be arriving. Our intention was to get things resolved as quickly as possible, but that shouldn't have meant catching you by surprise. Regarding the condo's location near the elevators, that's definitely one of those things that comes down to personal preference! Some guests appreciate the convenience of being just steps away, while others prefer a location farther from the activity. The same goes for navigating a larger resort—there can be a bit of a learning curve, particularly during a busy holiday weekend. I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed the condo itself and its location, and I appreciate you recognizing that the property was accurately represented in our listing. Thank you for staying with us and for giving our team the opportunity to respond to your concerns.
