We have been eyeballing this remtal for quite some time, never able to get the dates we wanted. This house is absolute beautiful and kept immaculate. We couldnt have asked for anything better. We will absolutely be back and we definitely recommend staying here if you are looking.
A very elegant and comfortable home. The colors of nature abound both in the decor, and the views of the mountains and distant town and farms.
The glass window/
walls open to the large deck which spans the entire length of the back of the home. The view is captivating.
It is a home where nature invites you to slow down and just enjoy being there.
It’s not remotely located , just carefully planned to have no other human intrusion from neighbors.
It features a one floor living plan, so no negotiating steps. The entire home was immaculate.
The kitchen has gourmet appliances. Seating areas were at the island as well as the large dinning room table.
We loved being there. It was an easy drive to farm stands, restaurants, and art/crafts/antiques in neighboring towns.
The owners were extremely accommodating. They always offered solutions to any questions.
I highly recommend this home. It will be one of the main highlights of any trip.

The house is beautiful and well taken care of. It is roomy and has everything you could want for a pleasant stay. Located about 2 miles outside the very small town of Richmond. Very serene and quiet. Saw deer in the evening. The host is super friendly and helpful and responds quickly. Would highly recommend.
This rental home is located on a secluded road overlooking a nice countryside in Richmondville.
The house is brand new with a large kitchen connecting the living room and dining with bedrooms on each side.
The house is equipped with new appliances, three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a laundry room area that came in very useful.
The owners are gracious and helpful and have done an amazing job in decorating and furnishing the house.
I recommend this rental to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay in the upstate New York area.
