Had an excellent time in Southside Flats! This property was exactly as described. Clean , well stocked, and very comfortable beds. Easy street parking. Excellent communication from host. Would stay here again.

The rental is exactly as the pictures look. Easy parking and very close and convenient to everything. Would give it 4 1/2 stars if there was that option. Communication was outstanding!! Would consider renting this one again next time we come to Pittsburgh!!

House was wonderful we enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend & come back. Shower needed bath mat very dangerous both son & I almost fell. Stairs are narrow you have to walk sideways up & down, but you get use to them. Could use new cookware, but we always bring our own pans because we have run into that before on our travels. Parking is sparse but the next street over had parking. A lot of nice little shops & places to eat all within walking distance. Beds were very comfortable. Great home for families! Looking forward to visiting Pittsburgh again from Nashville, TN.

Excellent stay all around. Cozy, spacious and charming. Comfortably fit 5 adults and 1 teen, allowing everyone space and privacy. Convenient location to Pitt campus. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in that wasn’t my own. Very fast response from host who went above and beyond to meet an unexpected need. 10/10 would recommend! Both the host and property deserve more than a 5 star rating!

Fantastic hangout spot in the Southside Flats that's walking distance to Carson Street. We enjoyed playing pool, watching TV, and hanging out in the kitchen when we were in. Comfortable and clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It had plenty of space for our family, comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and easy parking. We also loved the billiard table in the basement. Note that the house is located right adjacent to train tracks. The tracks are elevated and hidden behind vegetation, so the trains can’t be seen but they can be heard. We turned on some white noise at night which solved the issue. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. The location is convenient to attractions in Pittsburgh and surrounding area. Would stay there again.

Cute warm home

We enjoyed our stay at this warm, comfortable cozy home. The house was very clean and was the perfect size for myself and my adult children. It is in a great location and very close to restaurants, bars, etc. We were able to walk to everything. The owners kept in touch with me via VRBO. I highly recommend staying here!

perfect for a family + great location

This house was the perfect size for my family (my partner and I, parents and brother) plus our dog. The location was incredibly walkable and had everything we need (groceries, restaurants, dog parks!) The hosts were great super communicative and helpful, they even provided a manual with suggestions on things to do and where to eat. We spent a lot of time catching up in the backyard and playing pool. Overall, it was a great stay and introduction to Pittsburgh.

Perfect place for a Concert Getaway

Spacious, clean, amenities available. This was perfect for a Girls’ Getaway weekend. There were many places to chill, talk and catch up - kitchen table, living room, game room and an amazing backyard space with super cool chair swings. We would absolutely stay here again. The host was great. Highly recommend.

Cozy Classic Pittsburgh Home

Perfectly quirky spot, definitely an older building but everything has been updated wonderfully. I loved being in the nook of the Southside neighborhood, easy walk to East Carson where there is plenty of entertainment, shops, food, bars, etc. Only "downside" was a few oddly placed outlets, so I would recommend bringing an extension cord just in case. But again, not really a downside, it's understandable with the age of the building.

Great location with lots of room

Beautiful property. We loved the kitchen and front room. Lots of room to cook and be with the family group we had with us. There were plenty of comfortable beds upstairs. The location is excellent if you are looking for fun places to walk to eat and drink. The street is still quiet and not busy though.The process was so simple. Host communication was excellent and quick when we had a couple of questions. The pool table is fun downstairs. It was a little wet and cold for the back yard area, but it was nice to have and we sat out there a couple of days.Overall, this easily fits 6 people without being on top of each other. It is easily accessible from the rest of the city and suburbs. We would definitely stay again!

4th of July in Pittsburgh

Overall we were pleased with our stay and with the property. Kitchen was well stocked as was coffee bar. Beds were very comfortable and we all rested well after exploring the area during our 5 day visit. It was nice to have the outdoor area but it could have been weeded/cleaned up a bit. The pool table was a nice extra bit there was only one working pool stick. The TV in the main living space didn’t work the entire time we were there but the tvs in the bedrooms did work. It would also be helpful to have a sink stopper so dishes could be washed by hand easily. But we definitely enjoyed our stay and also the area. We visited Carson Street to eat a couple of times and the Milkshake Factory was in walking distance. We enjoyed riding the light rail system and visiting Point Park downtown, as well as the strip. We took a day trip to Ohiopyle State Park and that was definitely worth the drive. Beautiful. It was also great that we could bring our fur baby along did the trip. Thanks for an enjoyable comfortable stay.
