ENJOY YOUR BEACH VACATION in this fabulous first floor 1450+s.f. unit. Only steps from the spacious screened lanai to the beautiful tropical grounds, pool and world famous, white sugary sands of Crescent Beach! Ceramic tile spread throughout living areas and island-style decor. Living room offers a leather sleeper sofa bed, leather love seat, recliner, 55" flat panel TV and DVD. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with flat screen DVD/VCR. Master bath has a large stone and glass step-in shower and dual sink vanity. Guest bedroom features 2 full sized beds, a flat screen TV and DVD. Guest bathroom recently opened up to a larger size and now leads directly into the guest bedroom so you can walk right in without having to go out into the hallway! Has shower with glass doors. WiFi included. Unit provides washer and dryer and comfortably sleeps six.
