Beautiful and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and Siesta Key beach from the top floor (7th floor) of this beautiful, well maintained condo building in a two bedroom/two bath 1400+ sq/ft condo! The condo was thoroughly cleaned, repainted and refurbished in a beachy theme in 2021 and 2022. The updates include new furniture indoors and on the porch overlooking the Gulf, new lighting and fans and a new 75" flat screen TV plus other upgrades. Kitchen w/Granite counter tops and back splash, new cabinetry and appliances. Master bedroom features king size bed with sweeping Gulf Views, large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, cable TV. Master Bathroom with large walk-in shower and a great view of the Gulf. Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds and cable TV. Guest bath has walk-in shower. Unit has washer and dryer, TV/DVD/Stereo/CD. Complimentary Wi-Fi in unit. Unit accommodates an absolute maximum of 4 people. Also includes amenities like a beautiful private beach and pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas provided. It is also within walking distance of local restaurants, live music, watercraft rentals and other fun activities.
