Large open floor plan guest home (carriage house/cottage) with loft, new construction, full amenities including kitchen and laundry. Sleeps up to 8 guests and great for entertaining. Centrally located in the Acadiana Region, in the proximity of surrounding areas of Church Point, Eunice, Crowley, Rayne, Lafayette, Scott, and 1 hour East of Lake Charles. Perfect for intimate gatherings and special events as well. See owner for details regarding your event if applicable. Event and small parties rates are $500 and NOT included in nightly stay price. No kids’ or teenager parties allowed. Separate party and event guidelines/policies and prices will apply (not included in nightly stay price). NO KIDS. NO PETS!. Small events are 25 people and less. Paid guests staying the night are not allowed to have other outside guests.
