For your entertainment pleasure this unit boasts a 65" Smart TV in the living room a 65" Smart TV in the primary Bedroom and the guest Bedroom has a 42" Smart television. The kitchen is fully stocked and even includes a Keurig coffee maker. This smoke-free unit features professional décor upscale furnishings and full size washer/dryer. Monthly stays November to March 1. Parking is at a premium so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced. Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor.

No boats RV's or trailers are permitted

You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this unit.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
