Wake up every morning of your vacation with your own front-row, uninterrupted view of the Gulf! Nothing stands between you and the sandy shoreline of Crystal Beach, TX when you stay at this picturesque home with a heated / chilled pool, a hot tub, and the panoramic skyline.

- 20x8 fiberglass pool (4.5 FT deep) with heater and chiller at no additional cost with beachfront view of gulf
- 7 person hot tub with led lights and fountain features

Neighborhood / Noise / Beach Access:
Please note this is the quieter part of Crystal Beach and is fit for families and laid back friend gatherings. If you're looking for a weekend party, please consider booking further West where partying is more welcomed as we need to respect the local neighbors that reside here.

Our two key rules are just no parties (please keep noise levels reasonable) and note that we can't drive through our yard / dunes to access the beach - as the closest access point is 1.8 miles West of us. Golf carts and foot traffic have a path right by the house.

Sleeping arrangements:
Room 1: queen sleeps 2 - full bath (Pack N' Play also available)
Room 2: queen sleeps 2 - full bath (shower)
Room 3: queen bunk bed and twin bunk bed (sleeps 6)
Room 4: queen bunk bed and twin bunk bed (sleeps 6)
The two rooms without bathrooms are near a hallway full bathroom.

The coastal charm doesn’t stop with its scenic front-row view of the Gulf framed by nearly every window – this beachfront haven is thoughtfully decorated so every corner feels like a seaside retreat. This one-of-a-kind Crystal Beach home features a hand painted Ocean Life mural by a local artist, as well as a custom designed neon photo wall, where you can pose for gorgeous family pictures (and selfies!) to memorialize your vibrant vacation, in addition to the endless number of candids you’ll capture amid memorable moments at this picturesque Airbnb!


On rainy days, aside from 3 TVs, Starlink satellite internet, and all-access streaming, you’ll find all the entertainment you could need on our game shelf stacked with puzzles, board and card games for all ages. On sunnier days, head to the beach with a book from our little library, along with anything else you need for a day of sun and surf, including pool and beach toys, towels, boogie boards, chairs and even a wagon! We want to make your stay as perfect as possible.

The house location was great!! You have the beach and the pool right there in front of you! The host was very quick to respond to every message. Ive rented quite a few properties thru VRBO and this host I think was the nicest and most personable. To them youre not just a guest with a scripted conversation. The house had everything, even sand and a few bath toys!! The beds were all very comfortable, even the bunk rooms. I've stayed in a lot of bunk rooms and these were the best by far. They're not some futon style bed. You can't hear every squeak from the person above you and the matresses are great!! Sad to say but one of the things we liked most was the ice maker in the fridge!!! Most rentals have everything cleared out and you have to buy your own bag of ice for the freezer. It was great for drinks all week long. We wanted for nothing and everyone had a great time!!!

We had the best short trip to Galveston. Caleb was a great host and had wonderful communication throughout our trip. He was fast to respond and provided great details on arrival and expectations. The home was amazing and having the pool and hot tub right on the beach was super cool too! We were there on Mardi Gras weekend and it was not crowded at all. We had the beach mostly to ourselves. We used the pool, hot tub and beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could imagine and there were plenty of towels for our stay. Love the views as well and will definitely be coming back here. Thank you Caleb for a great relaxing weekend for my family.

My family and I had a wonderful experience! Caleb was not only very responsive but went above and beyond to make our experience perfect! The house was clean, had everything we needed and was in the perfect location. We took the golf cart down the beach to the big store almost every day. Also, the stairs for the bunk beds make it very easy for people of any age to go up and down. 1000/10 Highly recommend!

The Front Row Pool house was more than we expected. Every room was clean, everything was in its place and organized. There was plenty of room on the counter in the kitchen and room to get around others while being in the kitchen. The living/dining room had plenty of space to sit. There were plenty of chairs outside so you can enjoy the outdoors. The pool and spa was clean and ready to use without having to do anything to it. This was overall one of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in.

Beautiful location, we had never stayed on Bolivar and were very happy with the clean property, beautiful views, walkable beach access, and prompt replies of the owner. The location of this house could not have been more perfect. We rented a golf cart but the walk to the beach was so short you wouldn’t need it! I LOVED that everything was on one level on the house, no need to go up and down stairs. The house had everything we needed. All the cookware, coffee, games, puzzles, floaties, sand toys, chairs for the beach, etc. the owner was very helpful and quick to respond!! Make sure and bring firewood to use in the fire pit. We did a fire one night and it was so nice!

More than expected!

Check in was simple and exactly as written by Caleb. The kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking paraphernalia needed including a griddle. Coffee was provided and the Big Store was a short 6 minutes away with all of our grocery needs. There were plenty of space to gather and eat or play games. The pool and hot tub were clean and ready. Access to the beach and the view were perfect. The elevator came in handy getting all of our gear up to the house, but best of all my 82 y/o mother who uses a walker was able to join us because of it. It was all just wonderful.

Why they chose this property

We love this neighborhood as it has close proximity to the restaurants, stores, and shops, but is on the quieter side of the peninsula - allowing a perfect oasis for those trying to relax from the hustle and bustle of life. We aren't in "the zoo" where the partying is at so target attracting families or laid back friend groups looking to have a beautiful and fun vacation.

What makes this property unique

To the best of our knowledge, we are the only pool in the front row overlooking the water that's level with the house - allowing guests to take in the jaw dropping view. The pool can be both chilled and heated at no additional cost, and there's a hot tub as well for guests to enjoy.
