Family vacation

We had a great time. Would definitely rent this property again. Close to the beach as well as stores. It had everything we needed even some things we didn’t think to bring. The neighborhood is friendly.

James was very responsive to our questions. The house was perfect for our family. It was close to the beach. The pool and hot tub were also perfect. It was an easy walk to grocery store and butcher shop and Timbuck II shopping center. Relaxing week. We highly recommend James and his rental home.

This house was perfect in all ways! Location was excellent. Close to the beach and local shops. The house was clean, communication was great, and there were a ton of amenities. Our group was thrilled with our stay and highly recommend this property.

Fantastic experience with property/host. 10/10 recommend this property/host. The house was clean, exactly what the pictures show. The only thing that I think should be added to the property description is that the pool is a salt water pool, which definitely was an added bonus! Also, the Queen bedroom has a private bathroom. Before we arrived, James and I had communicated several times and check in was very smooth.
