A unique gem

We really enjoyed staying here in Zurich. It was a great location with a lovely restaurant below. There was more than enough space for our family of 5. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Great Eazy walking location, near transit. A 30 plus minute walk to old downtown.Apartment very clean, hallways and lower level laundry not very clean.

Served our needs

We had 6 adults and it was a little squishy, but we were only there for one night and didn't spend much time there as we were discovering the city. We toured the Lindt Chocolate Factory,and then found a lovely nearby restaurant (Gasthof Falken) for dinner. Some of our group then discovered the large train station that I am just now figuring out must be Bahnhofstrasse:). They all want to go back to Zurich just to spend more time there! There is a nice terrace to sit on, but the furniture needs a little updating or cleaning. All in all, nice place that met our needs!

Has great potential. Location is great! Communication to concerns was good. Shared front entrance where lock box were kept was trashy. Unit was no frills and transparent in posting. Could use fans for 95 degree interior. A welcome book with how to turn on gas stove would be helpful. Had to call to get gas turned on.

Quaint Zurich apartment in a quiet neighborhood

This apartment served our needs well. We were looking for a couple of “chill” days in the middle of our vacation. A time to rest and do laundry in the washer and dryer in the building. The two flights of stairs mentioned in the description did take a bit of lifting with our suitcases. As stated, the shower in the bathroom was an “interesting“ design with a small gap to get past the toilet to get to the shower. Overall, the apartment was as described. And as the host stated in the description, read the description before you decide to book. Host was very responsive to the couple of queries we had.

Sehr gutes Quartier, um Zürich zu entdecken

Die kleine Wohnung liegt sehr günstig zur Tram, aber auch zu Fuß erreicht man alle touristischen Ziele. Wie beschrieben hat man ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen. Danke, für die ehrlichen Worte zum Bad, so kann man das Betreten der Dusche mit Humor nehmen. Das Quartier war sauber und aufgeräumt. Ein Stern Abzug für 2 Kleinigkeiten: die Gerüche des Restaurants sind sehr intensiv und die Küche müsste mal mit neuen Schränken bestückt werden.Ein Stern Abzug für 2 Kleinigkeiten.
