3 bedroom, 2 bath home with full kitchen and large yard! This home is within walking distance of Lee Twp Park which has a spray park, play structure, and baseball diamond. The house is 20-30 minutes from Mt Pleasant and/or Midland, close to Chippewa and Pine River for kayaking or tubing, not far from Dow Gardens or the Tridge, and less than 20 minutes from the Chippewa Nature Center. Buck's Run Golf Course is only 12 miles away and Soaring Eagle Casino is 15.5 miles.
