Our home offers 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths all fully renovated. The formal dining room and livingroom are ample sized for entertaining. The home has four decorative fireplaces with all the original mantel, tile, wood and detailed moldings. The home is located close to downtown Auburn, Thruway, the Finger Lakes, and only 10 minutes to downtown Skaneateles. A true gem which was featured in country living magazine 2024, and an unusual opportunity to stay in such a rich piece of history. Perfect spot for a family get together, wedding party or small event.

Gorgeous house with beautiful woodwork, top notch appliances, very functional. On a very busy street with lots of truck traffic day and night, house vibrates when trucks pass.

Beautiful Home

This property is stunning. The original woodwork, the stained glass — it takes you back in time. I hosted a family party (ages 67 to 29) and everyone had a blast going through the house and admiring her beautiful attributes. 10/10
