2-See there’s no dripping faucets or shower faucets
3- Exterior front door lights keep on
4- See that All windows and doors are locked
5- Pile the dirty bed linen and towels by the washer and dryer
6- Dirty dishes and silverware to be placed in the dishwasher and let it run when leaving
7- curtains and blinds to be closed
8- Return emergency key back in the lockbox before your check-out

I chose this neighborhood because the neighbors are genuinely nice, welcoming and the level of noise is perfect for a relaxing short or long vacation or if you’re in a business trip than is a perfect setting for a quiet neighborhood to take care of business.

My place is comfortable and all in one level no need to walk up any stairs and it has multiple parking spaces to welcome your guest to visit. Is close to the Golf Country Club, Hagerstown Community College, and is close to the interstate.
