You will be 9 minutes from downtown. The mall is right down the road and there is a gym in the mall. There is quick access to I-540 and the main road that runs through Fort Smith (Rogers Avenue). Both hospitals are <10 minutes away. Creekmore park and the library are 5 minutes away.

Centrally located with easy access to the mall and many of Ft. Smith's offerings, the neighborhood is quiet and very friendly.
