Very pet friendly, yet clean, clean, clean! Wonderful wood fuuly fenced as listed. Beds are firm if you need a firm bed. Beautifully decorated for Christmas . My family loved our stay to celebrate our holiday. It was a central location for us coming from MO, AR, Ft.Worth and TN! Thank you!

Exceeded expectations! Communications were excellent and check in was a breeze. The Lily Pad was as VERY clean and the kitchen had everything needed. Beds were comfortable and the furniture as well. Not your typical guest rental furnishings.Great location in the middle of Ft Smith on a quiet street. Recommend 10/10.
