Newly Renovated Bathroom and Outdoor Shower! - Sandy Feet Retreat, Treasure Cay
This is just what you would hope for in a villa by the beach! Light, airy decor, larger bedrooms with comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, separate dining space, and outdoor patio/garden area. This villa offers plenty of areas to hang out and relax with your family and friends.
The villa is steps away from the heated pool and beach where you will find beautiful turquoise waters and white sand. If you like to go shelling, you find a wide array of seashells on the beach. The waters offer a great opportunity for fishing and charters are available for booking. You can also rent a boat at the marina across the street or take a ferry and spend some time island hopping. If you are hoping to rent a boat, book early as they are a popular attraction and sell out quickly. We might even suggest you book well in advance of your arrival to ensure a reservation. Host is available for assistance.
While you are here, be sure to catch one of the spectacular sunrises or sunsets. Sunrises are best at the endpoint of the island. Grab your coffee and take a quick golf cart ride or about a 15 min walk. If you aren't a morning person, you can grab a cocktail and head up to the observation deck to see the sunset in the evening.
If you plan to stay in town for the duration of your stay, there are a few shops across the street including a small convenience store, Café/bakery serving amazing cinnamon rolls and casual meals all day, as well as a small liquor store. There are two additional restaurants open in town, Bahama Beach Club and Sunset Pizza.

We hail from Northeast Ohio and anyone who knows that area of the U.S. knows the winter months can be brutal! We are blessed and incredibly grateful to not only be able to escape the cold but to be able to do it in a place as beautiful as Treasure Cay. We would love to share our home in paradise with you and hope you love it as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
We found TC in 2021, two years after hurricane Dorian and despite there not being much progress at the time, we saw the potential and we are so glad we did! The white sand beach and turquoise waters are breathtaking and still have us pinching ourselves. The beach is not crowded and most times you will feel as if it's your own private beach. It's truly the BEST kept secret! The Bahamians and community of second homeowners are incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
What makes this property unique
The location of our villa is unique in that it is on the circle drive right by the pool. It's helpful for unloading and loading, plus you are just steps from the pool and beach. The Beach Villas also have an onsite property manager and our villa's caretaker is onsite during the week.
