We can accommodate groups of between 2 and 12 people so that guests can enjoy the privacy of a home away from home.

Riad Linda offers exclusive / private accommodation so there is no mixing with other guests.

Riad Linda comes fully staffed with housekeeping, concierge and house manager.

Our beautiful riad was fully refurbished and offers guests a cool, contemporary haven of peace and tranquility yet with easy access to the souks, Jemaa el Fna and all the sites and attractions of Marrakech.

On the ground floor is our light and plant filled courtyard with comfortable chairs for guests to relax in or use the complimentary wi fi.

Guests can also enjoy a Moroccan homemade breakfast or enjoy a special dinner of delicious Moroccan cuisine in our ground floor salon.

Our great roof terrace is a great place to enjoy breakfast on a sunny morning as well as relaxing on our sun loungers and lovely Berber Tent.

We offer guests a choice of 6 rooms one of which is our beautiful Douira Suite on the first floor.

We have 2 rooms on the ground floor. Our Jardin Room which is a double Room and our Sahara Room which has 3 single beds.

All our rooms can accommodate a baby crib

All our rooms are en suite with a private bathroom.

Our bedrooms feature stunning vintage kaftans and beautiful original Beni Ourain soft woollen rugs. All bedrooms have individual air conditioning /heating units.

All towels and bed linen is provided as well as complimentary toiletries and hair dryers.

Electrical appliances work on 2 pin European plugs

There are locks on all the doors, safety deposit boxes in all the bedrooms. The front door is always kept locked and there is always a member of staff on duty 24 hours a day.

A laundry service is available for a small extra charge. Please check with our staff for details.

We can organise a range of trips to the coast and to the beautiful nearby Atlas Mountains.

My husband & I found our beautiful Marrakesh house in 2007 & spent a lot of time restoring this lovely old building using traditional building materials and the skills and knowledge of local craftsmen. We love Marrakech for the sunshine and the warmth and charm of its people. We always enjoy meeting our guests and sharing our experiences with them. Marrakesh is such an exotic and fascinating destination and is only a few hours flight away from most European cities.

I always aim to respond to enquiries quickly. My usual response time is about 2 hours (allowing for time differences!)

Why they chose this property

We wanted to find a house that was in an authentic neighbourhood that was also well located. we searched for many properties and as soon as we saw this house we knew we had found 'the one'! The location was perfect, just off the main souks and very easy to find. There are always plenty of people around and the area always feels very safe.

We love the contrast of the hustle and bustle on Derb Dabachi where you can find everything and then you turn the corner and suddenly you are listening to bird song.

We like that local families live here and the area is very friendly. we are also part of the neighbourhood community association and we along with our neighbours we all take pride in maintaining and looking after our derb.

Local life goes on all around us and you will always pass people with trays on the way to the local oven at the end of our derb.

What makes this property unique

Guests will enjoy an authentic Marrakech experience which only comes by staying in a riad. You become part of the local community and are able to experience a way of life in an ancient medieval medina that has not changed for centuries. The local shops do not cater for tourists but for local people with fruit and vegetable stalls, general stores and local markets. Moroccan people are genuinely warm and hospitable and visitors will be made to feel very welcome.
