This place was wonderful! The kitchen was well stocked for a vacation rental. There was a lot of storage. When we arrived, it was very clean. The views are amazing from the large balcony. Plenty of towels are provided. The location was superb. Beach is right outside with a place to leave shows and outdoor showers. Close to shopping, Pier Park, and restaurants.

It said that it had a grill so we planned dinner around that and I believe maybe during the winter this isn't an option. We couldn't find it on the property. Direct access to the beach was amazing and the views were breathtaking. We will be back!

Condo was very spacious, stocked pretty well with the necessities. Balcony had plenty of seating, also spacious. Easy access to the pool and beach. Only con was the condo could’ve been a little cleaner. Floors specifically. Overall would recommend and stay again.

Wonderful place !!

We loved our stay ! This is a wonderful condo ! We will be back again !! I have a 10 out of 10 !! I will say it was clean but the floors could use a good moping after the first day we noticed we had to wear our sandals the whole time we were inside bc if we did not we had black dirty Walmart feet . Still have a 10 bc if that is the worst thing then we did amazing !!

We recently stayed at Palazzo 206, and honestly, it was just an okay experience. The beds were squeaky and not very comfortable for us, but the biggest deal breaker was the air conditioning. The unit has a smart motion detector system that shuts the AC off when no one is moving. That might make sense for saving money, but on vacation, I’m paying to be comfortable—not to burn up at night.Every night the AC would shut off while we were sleeping, and I woke up 3–4 times just to get it running again. Even when it was working, the air only cooled to about 68, which doesn’t feel very cool when it’s hot outside. It made sleeping through the night almost impossible.The Palazzo building itself is wonderful—we’ve stayed here before and really enjoyed it. Not all units seem to have this kind of money-saving AC system, so maybe this is something new. Either way, I would not rent this unit again because comfort on vacation is important, especially when you’re paying for it.

A lot of broken things

Air conditioner did not work for the first 4 days we were there so we came back to an 80 degree condo. Door to the laundry fell off the hinges and hit my daughter in the head. Front door was broke so it was hard to open/close (had to lift it to get it to close).

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a good trip, but not while in this condo. First of all, we had a 3 y/o with us and the first thing she does when we first get there is run to the balcony to see the ocean and she can open the door. The lock on the door was so worn that it wouldn’t lock. They did come and take a picture of it but it was never fixed within the 7 days. Just a simple lock needed to be replaced, we started to do it ourselves but figured we had spent enough on this place already. Wednesday, two men showed up (with no phone call to let us know they were coming in the condo) to fix the couch which was broken and had an order from a few families before we got there (I’m assuming, anyway) because we never complained about it we just tried to sit on it. They took the couch apart and couldn’t get it back together. So there were are with hardly any seating for 6 people. We had to sit in the dining room chairs to watch tv. The dish water had no water running to it at all so we couldn’t use it. The floors were also very dirty (everyone’s feet would be black after showing at night) and food was left under the sink and on the kitchen floor from a previous guest. This place is super spacious and this all could be fixed, but not without some kind of communication from the property management. Hopefully someone will fix these things soon.
