In the heart of Duck you will find our newly renovated Ocean front oasis. This home has breath taking views of the Atlantic Ocean from every level of the home. With 6 large bedrooms and 4.5 baths there is enough room for everyone to enjoy what the Outerbanks has to offer. Enjoy the breeze from one of the two large decks or put your toes in the sand from our private beach access. With two outdoor showers it makes it simple to wash off before soaking in the private pool or hot tub. With a master on every level you will have to fight off your friends and family for the “crows nest” suite on the top floor. Minutes away from restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and shops. We look forward to being your host and making your vacation special for you and your loved ones.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure you have checked out and closed the property up by 10 am All used beds need to be stripped of linen and placed in a pile in the room All towels are to be placed inside the shower/ tub
All trash pulled from waste bins and placed in the garbage bins outside the home. *Place the garbage bins at the end of the driveway for trash pick up.
Please make sure all windows/sliding doors/ doors are locked upon departure. *The three thermostats in the home need to be adjusted back to 71 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
*Strict no smoking policy *Trash bins must be taken to the end of the driveway upon check out
*Fireplace can not be used currently. *Utilize outdoor showers prior to coming inside the house or going inside the hot tub / pool
Hot tub must remain covered when not in use and cover must be strapped down
