The location is superb , the view is the best ...and yes we are finished with the renovation of oceanfront penthouse 22 at the Belmar Oceanfront Dive Resort.
New floor, kitchen , furniture and as the only one in the Belmar a oceanfront bedroom with sliding doors !!
This spacious oceanfront 3 bedroom apartment comes with AC in all bedrooms and also in the living room. The sliding glass panels in the living can be completely opened or in case preferred they can be closed while using the AC .
Great outdoor oceanfront lounge area on the top floor with breathtaking views over the crystal clear ocean.
Three bedrooms sharing two modern bathrooms. Open kitchen area with marble counter top and all you need to cook great meals .
Being an intimate complex with only 22 apartments you will feel home straight away.
A 5* Padi dive shop on the premises with dedicated staff to assist you wherever needed.
