About this property
GORGEOUS Colorado River Retreat
Beautiful Colorado River home, minutes from the water located in the Willow Valley Community!! Our home is located next to the start of the tribal beaches & the Colorado river. There are nearby marinas for boat launching at Needles Marina, Jack Smith or the Avi Casino. Our home features a large driveway with plenty of boat & personal watercraft parking.
Holiday weekend 3 night minimum
**Snow birds welcome, monthly rates available**
The space
Spacious floor plan!! 2 master bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Total of 3 full baths. Plenty of sleeping areas for big families. One of the master bedrooms features a pullout ottoman twin size bed. Another bedroom features a full size futon.
Our living area also features a Queen sofa pull out bed and queen sized Murphy bed in the entertainment console.
All house areas accessible except the garage and closet areas in the 2 master bedrooms.
No pets and No smoking is allowed in this home or on the property.
Guest access
Unfortunately, gated marina & beach is only available to homeowners, but guests can purchase tribal passes to access to beautiful beaches minutes away.
