The cottage was great !! Exactly what we wanted for our vacation! Quiet and cozy. All communication with our wonderful hosts was very easy and they were quick to respond to any of our messages.We would definitely stay again if we get the chance!

Very cozy with plenty of room for two. Very clean, and we loved the back patio with fire pit and built in grill. Perfect for making s’mores!

Cozy Cottage

We loved staying on this property with the cozy cottage. We rented the cottage but also the main house. The whole family loved staying here while we vacationed in Florida. Tried several beaches and restaurants nearby as well. Thank you to our hosts!

Great place for a couple

We loved our stay and will try and stay again. Everything looked brand new. The location is outside of the hustle and bussel of the tourist crowd. Very quiet for most part. We loved the patio out side of the bed room. The only thing that was to complain about was the community pool. The ones that rented the main house were a little bit on the wild side with kid in their mid teens.

My trip to the cottage was very impromptu regarding my son being diagnosed with cancer and requiring emergency surgery and immediate and very aggressive chemotherapy treatment. The host were very accommodating and understanfing to my situation even when I needed to extend my stay last minite. Although the cottage is much smaller than I anticipated, it was very nicely decorated and felt very welcoming. Other than a small noise issue my first night (that was addressed and resolved by the host) what time I spent there was very peaceful. There were some minor things I may have done differently but nothing worth actually complaining about. I will likely return in the future if possible.

Overall, we had a good experience staying here. My daughter and I came for a month to spend some quality bonding time together, and the property was beautiful, clean, & conveniently located just a short drive from some wonderful beaches. The host was excellent with communication & always responded very quickly whenever we had questions or concerns, which we really appreciated.One thing future guests should know is that this is a separate structure built next to the main house. The larger home had frequent activity during our stay, with different guests coming and going, loud music, and people enjoying themselves. If you're looking for complete peace and quiet, it's something to keep in mind.We also experienced a few other issues during our stay. The Wi-Fi went out several times, and the air conditioning units displayed error codes and stopped working on multiple occasions. Thankfully, I'm from Texas and always keep a portable fan in my car, which helped while waiting for the AC to come back on. Another thing to note is that the awning over the back porch isn't waterproof. When it rained, we couldn't sit outside without getting wet, so rainy days meant staying indoors.Despite those issues, we enjoyed our stay overall and would stay again. With realistic expectations, this is an amazing vacation home.
