I am delighted you enjoyed the confis’s location, the amazing views and the beach. As for the “trash” you mentioned it is what the ocean leaves behind after low tide- seeweed, wood, shells, etc. On the rooftop terrace there’s a large dining table that sits 6-8 so that you can enjoy a meal outside and there are lounge chairs so that you can enjoy the sun. There’s not much more I would want to put up there without running the risk of it feeling crowded. We also get pretty strong breezes on the terrace and I would be concerned with anything else blowing off. But thanks for the insight. I’ll give it some thought. Most of the furniture is new ie: indoor dining table, bedroom furniture, tv console, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with a new set of cooking knives (6), plates, bowls, cups, moving bowls, several pots and pans, baking sheets, cutlery for 6-8 guests, pot holders, storage containers, seasonings, microwave, coffee maker, blender, coffee, tea, cheese grater, peeler, can opener, cutting boards, etc. I’m not sure what else the kitchen would need but I will review what we have to see if there’s anything we’ve over looked. As far as the ants if food is left out as it was in this case since we found a pizza box in the stove with pizza slices in it, trash with food in the kitchen trash can and food particles in the sink ants will find its way to where the food is left out. I fumigate every month but if food is left out ants will come to earn what’s left out. The tracks in the two closets has been fixed. And my handyman checked the hallway door and it works fine. The bathrooms are in perfect condition and the en suite even has a bidet. The address is automatically sent days prior to arrival but the codes and check in details I send the day of due to previous guests arriving hours before check in. The check out instructions were also sent automatically and although I have never received a complaint about the timing of the notifications, now I send it out manually in order to avoid early morning notifications. In addition my cleaning crew is very detailed oriented and have always left the condo spotless. In all of my check in texts I sent none of these complaints were ever mentioned. Had they been I would have immediately rectified any issue. I am an attentive and responsible host and pride myself on the kind of hospitality I provide.
