Why they chose this property
I chose the neighborhood for the mature trees, close proximity to the Arlington Entertainment District, ease of access to major highways, proximity to airports and the central-ness to DFW; 25-30 mins from either Dall/Ft Worth downtowns.
What makes this property unique
Surrounded by Towering Oaks, the aesthetics of this newly renovated home boasts a modern flare in an older, mature neighborhood. Most of your needs and plenty of your wants are provided with then abode. French doors open up to a private lanai, equipped with sturdy furniture, turf, ceiling fan, and television allows you to enjoy the comforts inside and outside of the home. Not many details were missed when preparing for your visit.
