Sun filled fully furnished studio apartment on large lovely lot fully landscaped and fenced. Less than two miles from the beach and a stones throw to estuary and walking trails. Full sized laundry tower on site, everything included.

I am originally from Connecticut but moved out to San Diego when I joined the Navy. I absolutely love it on the west coast and could not have asked for a better duty station!
Why they chose this property
Imperial Beach is the last authentic Southern California beach town, with some of the best waves on the west coast.
What makes this property unique
This property boast a spacious two person outdoor shower as well as a newly landscaped fully fenced turf lawn that the pets absolutely love. The studio is also less than 2 miles from the beach and the Tijuana Estuary.
