Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring a restful night's sleep.With easy access to all the local attractions and amenities, this is the perfect home away from home. Enjoy the best Lafayette has to offer. Property includes driveway parking directly in front. Across the street from the Heart Hospital and Chase bank. Also a few blocks from River Ranch and all shopping, restaurants and stores. 10 mins to Cajun Dome, downtown and ULL campus. (Living downstairs and bed and bath upstairs)

The house was clean and well stocked upon my arrival. The beds were comfortable, the water, and linens were plentiful. The location is excellent, as it is close to everything on the east side (busy side) of town with the newest shopping, groceries and restaurants. I enjoyed the stay immensely and will use this property again on future trips to Lafayette.

The little development evokes the New Orleans French Quarter. It was a 10 minute drive to downtown Lafayette for the Festival International which is a great reason to visit.

We absolutely loved our stay at this 2-bedroom townhouse! The space was beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and felt so cozy and welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a fun night out. The location couldn’t have been better — just minutes from all the best nightlife, but still tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. It was the ideal spot for our girls weekend. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Perfect and affordable.

This was the perfect rental. The privacy of a 2 bed 2 bath is worth everything. Then add in the cleanliness and well appointed rooms and necessities, add another 5 stars. Location takes you over the top. Highly recommended.
