Discover a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat for up to 3 guests. Centrally located with quick access to Valero Energy, Marathon Petroleum, and local attractions. Just 10 minutes from the beach, enjoy the pool, high-speed WiFi, Smart TV, and free parking. Dine 15–20 minutes away at top steakhouses like Texas Roadhouse and LongHorn Steakhouse—perfect for Valentine’s Day or a romantic night out.

Important Note:
1. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs not over 25 pounds, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
2. The laundry facility is right below the units and is cashless, using the CSCGo app. Enter, scan the QR code, download the app, and manage your laundry. The app shows available machines and load status. Laundry soap is not provided.
3. Pool hours are Tuesday to Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and the pool is closed on Mondays. The pool will close in October for the winter, with the reopening date to be determined.
4. This unit is on the 2nd floor and requires stairs for access.
5. We are located in a tropical area, so bugs and insects are common. To help prevent them from getting inside, we kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed and to avoid leaving any food out, especially outdoors.

Very nice apartment. I have never stayed at an apartment complex that had a B & B’s. Lots of activity from the residents. Super Clean. Owner Derick was very attentive.

Great stay!

Overall it was a nice place to stay, personally my only issue was the amount of mosquitoes outside but that’s not the hosts problem. Just the area, but overall, a great place to stay.

Clean unit.

Unit was very clean. Smelled good. This unit really sleeps 2. Couch very uncomfortable. Will not sleep a 3rd person. We just bought a cot . It as my childs 13th birthday and all she wanted to do was swim but the pool was closed down. Kind of disappointing.

Right Place, Right Price

This quaint apartment suited my needs as a home base for a solo fishing trip to the area. It was conveniently located in the heart of Texas City. The ungated apartment parking lot initially made me nervous, but I never experienced any issues despite much expensive fishing gear being visible in my truck. Being able to see it out the window of the apartment helped me feel better as well. The property manager remained in constant contact and was helpful as needed. Overall a good value.
