Nestled in a serene setting, New Buffalo Rooftop Retreat is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the area. With three levels of living space and a rooftop deck, you can soak up the summer sun in style. Plus, enjoy access to clubhouse amenities, including an indoor heated pool, hot tub, and fitness room. A perfect blend of convenience and relaxation at an unbeatable value.

Simply pack your essentials and get ready for a carefree getaway. Our well-maintained property comes fully equipped with everything you need, from a stocked kitchen to cozy living spaces. We provide linens, towels, and essential toiletries (toilet paper & hand soap), while amenities like high-speed internet and entertainment options keep you connected and entertained. You may want to bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs.

We kindly ask our guests to cherish the peace of our community by refraining from large gatherings. Let's ensure everyone enjoys a rejuvenating stay in harmony with our neighbors.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.

Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). The place was perfect

Condo was spacious, clean, and well equipped. Served 3 adult couples part of the week and family of 2 adult daughters, 1 spouse and 2 young grandchildren the rest of the week. It was great that all in both groups had own bedroom and bath. Easy drive to town and beaches. Property manager was always accessible via text. What could have been better was walkable to beach, outdoor pool, and less road noise on the front balcony. Location and amenities were known so no surprises, just some things experienced as less than ideal during our stay.

Rooftop Reconnect

The home is bright, clean and airy. The rooftop is truly an amazing spot to sit and relax and reconnect with friends over coffee or wine with no distractions except the tree tops, sunrise and sunsets. We didn’t make it to the pool but certainly next time when our stay is a little longer! Very easy access and great communication with manager.
