Spacious media room downstairs with a wet bar, games, TV, sitting area, and karaoke. Access to the rear yard with large firepit and seating to enjoy making S'mores while listening to the water roll your stress away. Full kitchen with everything you need to feed your family and friends. Laundry room with washer and drier to help make you feel at home.
