We had a fantastic stay! The home was beautifully decorated, super clean, and fully equipped with all the essentials. Emily went above and beyond with thoughtful details, including extra towels for the hot tub and a great coffee and hot chocolate bar. Plan an extra day to enjoy the home ammentities! Very close to all attractions. Highly recommend!"

The house was absolutely pristine. We all remarked how it felt like high-end hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there was plenty of closets for luggage to be out of sight. From the completely stocked coffee bar down to the kindling provided for the firepit- we had everything we needed and more.

The property is impeccable, better than most 5 star hotels. The amenities were all great. They have made this an absolute gem. The host thought of all the details one needs when renting a house We were all extremely satisfied. The kids loved the swing set. The Cocoa Chateau was a beautiful house and perfect for our family of eight with three children, seven and under. They loved playing outside in the hot tub and on the beautiful swing set. There were also toys downstairs for them to play. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was immaculately clean. We loved the coffee bar that Emilee had furnished for us. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at Hershey.!!

Super clean and well appointed. We were very impressed with all the things for kids already at the property and the well stocked coffee and tea corner. Great location near Hershey with a private, quiet back yard with swing set and hot tub to unwind after the park. The only thing I'll mention is that you do hear a train in the distance and can hear things in the kitchen in the upstairs bedrooms. If your kids are light sleepers I would consider bringing a sound machine. That didn't effect my rating though, because everything else was above and beyond our expectations. Would definitely stay here again when I go back to this area.

This property is great! It’s clean, well-stocked, beautifully decorated and close to everything! Communication was excellent and we appreciate the owner’s attention to detail. So well done!!!One possible negative for some is that the property is very close to an active train. However, we weren’t really bothered by it. There is definitely a “rumble” when the train passes, but there isn’t a whistle, making it much easier to ignore, especially when inside. We only stayed for two nights, but we’re looking forward to returning and this will be our first choice of places to stay.
The living room is cozy with plenty of seating
Open floor plan and set-up so well
It rained so we didn’t get to enjoy the cozy backyard, but we loved the set-up
