This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps up to six guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful time at the boardwalk! We stayed on the 15th floor, the Elevators were no issue!!! Our room was nice and clean. It had plenty of room for a family of 4. The location of the condo is spot on, right by everything for my family. We will definitely be booking our family vacation here again. Not to mention they have a restaurant/bar right beside the pool, very convenient.

Beach vacation

Great parking, elevators sometimes slow/overcrowded. The pool rules were frustrating with “safety checks” for 10 minutes every hour. The condo could use updated TVs, coffeemaker but overall good and fun time by all.

We did have an issue with the pool security guy harassing our whole family about the pool bands were to be touching skin and not on our clothing we were wearing or anything else! We have never been so embarrassed. We decided not to come back for a while because of this!!!

Our particular condo was amazing!! Spacious, clean! It was the building that had a few things that were not great...for example they were doing some kind of maintenance on and off the whole week and we couldn't use the ramp to the beach. So we'd carry the wagon full of beach stuff down several steps. The trash shoot was broken and we couldn't use it all week.brokenbeach

The condo was great... It was mostly clean, beautiful, and up-to-date decor. Furniture was very comfortable. The view was amazing. The grounds/ pool area is beautiful. Parking was ample with secure gate/guard. Kitchen stocked fairly well, might could use some new bakerware. Balcony was nice and comfortable. The only real compliant we had was that the pool had way too many rules. The "pool police" were always onto someone about something. We love to float in the pool and were told that floats were allowed by the condo customer phone service prior to scheduling but that was incorrect. No floats were allowed along with a long list of other rules that were strictly enforced, which hampered the enjoyment of the pool for us and others. They really need to consider dropping some of the ridiculous rules. The rules are not made up by the condo owner, but the building mgmt. The tv remote was a little difficult to use, but other than that we had a great week!

Condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our families needs. Great views! Door knob was messed up when we checked in but they fixed it quickly. WiFi, cable, and smart tv’s worked well. Location was excellent and convenient to anything. Onsite restaurants were good. Pool security was a little overboard with kids breaks for 10 minutes every hour (never seen this). Parking was a breeze. Check in and out was painless. 5 stars!!!

Reviewer Comments: Condo fit my husband and I, my mom, and daughter with plenty of space to feel like we had enough room to not feel like we were in eachother's way. We loved the massive counter space with bar stools, the outdoor furniture was so nice to get to kick back and relax on, and don't get me started on the view from the master it was absolutely breath taking and perfect for my disabled cousin to come watch the condo's fireworks from with a clear view.
