This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps up to six guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:
Island Breeze Corner Market
Splash Zone children’s pool area with interactive water toys
Lavish pool deck
2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)
Two hot tubs

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Summer Vacay

This was our first trip down in July.. usually we go in October.. the water temps were Fantastic! Very clear.. dolphins swam by in the early am.. Had a great view from balcony.

Wonderful experience. 1st time staying at the Boardwalk. We rented 909 and it was very clean and very nicely decorated. Would definitely rent again. Only wished the washer and dryer were a little bigger.

Two week stay

We stayed two weeks and enjoyed staying right on the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable, and everything was in good repair. There were enough dishes, pots and pans for a short stay but a little short if you cook at home a lot. There was only one dish towel, again ok if your stay is short. There were plenty of bath and hand towels. All appliances worked well.

5th year staying at Boardwalk condos

Great location!!! The condo was fantastic !! It was clean with updated furniture from last year. The coffee pot had a large crack in it but they quickly replaced it with a brand new one after reporting it. Very family friendly and we have always loved staying here!!! The only reason I gave it a 4 star overall is the pool are seemed more “policed” this year instead of just maintaining a safe area. The guards were polite and friendly but we just felt like we were under surveillance at the pool area.

Excellent condo, will be back

got this condo as a last minute trip and wasn't expecting much for the price with it being such a late booking. When we arrived we were very surprised with the quality. The condo could use some updates but overall it was excellent. We will definitely be booking this specific room again

Perfect Memorial Day Getaway

The condo was very clean, directly on the beach and at the perfect location for all of the PCB attractions. I will definitely stay at this place again.

Room smelled like smoke

I thought it was a smoke free room upon entering condo it smelled like cigarette smoke. Notified the property management and I never heard back from them. We had to go to the store to buy spray which didn’t work. The front bathroom toilet was very loud when you flushed it.
