Home was very clean, updated, and well kept. Owners reached out to make sure we didn’t need anything and were very kind and helpful with any questions we had. Wonderful experience!

Had a great time. Was the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and one teenager. House was clean and in good condition. Conveniently located near Little Sahara so that we could ride our sxs's from the house to the park.

Check‑in was incredibly easy, and communication with the property manager was excellent. There’s plenty of bed space, though the living area is smaller, it's exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen was great, and we had all the utensils we needed for our four‑day stay. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Host very attentive to their guest. Very cute little place stay. Location is perfect. Dollar general a block away and perfect location to the sand dunes not to close and not to far away. In general it was a very great experience. Not one complaint. If you are coming In for hunting this is a perfect place for you. Coming from a family of lots hunters, this would be the place to stay.

Disliked: Location
House was in a good spot and was very nice. It is right next to the meat locker and don’t know if it is time of year but was noisy from 7am to 11pm. Could be time of year that was busy but heard a lot of noise over there at all hours of the day and night

I don't like leaving negative reviews. I thought if I left a review it may help in things to check before people arrive. Our 1st night was late evening ac not working nor was the water. Response was as good as could be due to time, but had to sleep in heat. Thought was fixed when we got back ac was froze and no hot water. Took cold showers. The last night was acceptable with hot water & ac. My advice would be to have someone make sure everything is up and working properly. Overall I was communicated with on our issues. Some different type of seating would be better. The 2 chairs was not enough to watch TV. I would not hesitate to stay again if the chance came.
