We had a wonderful time at this OB cottage! Everything was clean, instructions were clear, the house was full of nice little touches, and the location was excellent. We loved spending time on the roof and it was great how many shops and restaurants were walkable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect spot for group trip

A sweet find in the middle of OB!!

Clean, chill, perfectly appointed house for my whole family of adult kids and myself. Surprised, grateful and impressed with this house and will stay here again and again!!

Heather was so great to work with. The house is exactly as advertised and the hosts were extremely accommodating. The fresh flowers, snacks, and coffee was a pleasant, and welcome surprise. We ate at a few of the recommended places in the book and we were not disappointed. The rooftop patio even allowed us to enjoy the fireworks at Sea World. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Beach Home

We had a small family reunion and Beach Lotus was the perfect place for us. There were enough bedrooms for everyone to be comfortable. And it was walking distance to stores, restaurants, and the beach! Newport had such fun shopping. It was only 15 minutes to the airport, so we had no problem picking people up when they arrived. We also went to the zoo and explored Balboa Park. It was all so close. Adam and Heather are great hosts. They left us our privacy but were always available for recommendations and directions. And the house was immaculate. We had a great time and plan to come back here. Thanks Adam and Heather!
