The house has air conditioning and heating, plus a gas fireplace, ensuring comfort in all four seasons. Ideally configured for two families with two upstairs bedrooms (1 queen + 2 twins) and two downstairs bedrooms (1 queen + 2 twins) plus full bath and TV room for each floor. For guests needing to remote-work during their stay, there is an office with a motorized sit/stand desk, Aeron office chair, dual monitors and high-speed wifi.
