Fully renovated 4BR home in a great location just minutes from endless shopping and restaurants! This is a great place for extended stay guests with 50% discounts for month long stays. 3 King bed rooms and a queen bedroom. Awesome fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and brand new SS appliances. There is a 65” smart tv in the living room and a 86” smart tv movie theatre room! There is a two stall attached garage for your use and storage. Only 15 min away for the mall of American or there is several malls within 1 minute away.

Weekend trip

The property is beautiful and clean. It is a quiet location and the beds are comfortable. The only negatives would be the difficulty it was to get an answer from the property manager. It took for hours after the scheduled check in time to get access to the property. It is also a duplex situation so there is only a thin wall between you and someone else. The house was not marked with the house number making it difficult to find since we were not familiar with the area. Google took us to a different location but when we used Apple Maps we were able to find it.

Very nice and comfortable!

Very nice, newly renovated. Only 2 small complaints. No instructions on checking in or out were provided, requiring several emails to the host to get access info. A welcome book with handy info and expectations for check out would be appreciated. Secondly, listing states “while house”, but there is a mother in law suite with a separate entrance that is part of the house that we don’t know existed until we ran into the person staying there. Made us a bit self conscious about being noisy from time to time, would have been nice to know about before booking.

Not the best experience

Stayed for 3 nights. Noticed right away there is an additional room being rented out in the same building, which we did not see in the listing. So we were sharing the property. Second thing right away was the smoking smell as you walk in the door and permiated throughout the house including our bedrooms. Our bags and clothes smelled like smoke after leaving. The renovation looks nice but was cheaply installed. Flooring was already breaking. Sump pit downstairs was covered by a jagged piece of plywood that I couldnt trust my kids around. No curtains on the main floor. Backyard was unusable with a pool that is completely overrun and a broken chain link fence. There isnt a posted check in process, we had to call the host for that and for wifi information. No checkout procedure either.
