Lovely Spot

What a cozy spot! There was plenty of space for our two daughters in the bunkbed, which they loved, and a nice master bedroom for the parents. The view of the river from the deck is beautiful, and we spent a lot of time just sitting next to the river.

Great Unit and Location

We loved the unit and location. We had so much fun sitting on the balcony so close to the river. We also walked to restaurants which was super great too. Can't wait to stay there again!!!

Perfect Family Getaway

Quick family summer getaway and this property was perfect for us. Our 4 year old was super excited for the top bunk! Everything was clean and tidy. Close to everything that we could need. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice place to stay and terrific prop mgrs

The communication with the prop mgr could not have been better. The unit had everything I wanted or needed and was very comfortable. An added bonus was having the bus to the ski resort stop right in front. So glad I picked this place. Again, the property mgr was a terrific help if I needed anything at all

Comfortable Stay in Winter Park

This property met our needs and expectations for our stay in Winter Park. The location was excellent, well within walking distance of the main street and plenty of restaurants. The area was quiet and peaceful, with riverfront seating. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The community clubhouse with pool, exercise space, and pool table were quite nice. The only negative, if forced to point one out, was that the kitchen and dining area was a little cramped - but this really wasn't a problem for our family. We would gladly stay here again in the future.

Cute & quaint

Such and cute and quaint place that fit our family and 4 perfectly. We have 2 teen boys. They loved being able to go swim and play pool of an evening after a full day on the mountain. Games were available in the unit as well. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit to have clean ski gear. Owners are very good with communication and prompt with responses. Check in was super easy and they were accommodating with our earlier in the day arrival from a very long drive to check in a little early and attempt to snag a nap. I would give this a 4.95/5 rating. The only reason I can’t give it a 5 is because of the units being older with zero sound barrier between the units. We unfortunately had very heavy footed neighbors above us at the beginning and towards the end of our stay with a dog initially at the beginning that barked and howled while we were trying to sleep. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend others to book here as well! Thank you for such a cute gem!
