The place was very homy and cozy. We loved the Christmas decorations. Felt like home away from home. Had plenty of blankets and cookware if needed. Amazing experience.

This property has lots of sleeping options so it was great for our group. We were under the impression that the yard was fully fenced but it wasn’t and the yard looked like it had not been cut in weeks. The game room that doubles as a bedroom is actually the garage. It was HOT! There is a portable air conditioner in the room but it took a long time to lower the temperature. And then the kitchen had ants and ant traps on the counters and floors. Nothing we couldn’t deal with for our short weekend stay but notable. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Really Nice!

Stayed for a wedding. The house was open, spacious, and clean. The game room was great for chilling in the eve! Lots of little personal touches. Tons of linens and towels. Def recommend!

Granddaughters graduation

We arrived on Friday afternoon. The house was beautiful, with a very nice yard and patio! There were 4 generations stying together! The big kids even loved the game room with a pool table! We loved the open floor plan of the kitchen and living room! We will have another graduation in 2 years and I hope we will be able too stay here again!!

Nice house but its a 3 bedroom not 4.

It was a nice and comfortable house. The only negative was when we arrived we learned one of the beds was in the garage/game room. There were a bunch of dead bugs on the garage floor. More bugs came in through the garage door cracks during our stay. I don't know what kind of bugs they were, some sort of black beetle. Otherwise the kids loved the game room and the house was very clean.

Worth the Stay

The Cozy Jo was a comfy, family friendly house. The inside was very clean and we had everything we needed and then some. Plenty of everyday items and extras for fun, such as games. We were all very comfortable and able to relax. Close to many food places and stores, and the movie theatre was just a few miles away. The outside of the property could use some work. The yard wasn’t fully fenced in, it was broken in spots, and the grass was extremely long. I didn’t feel comfortable letting the littles out to play. Also, the street is very crowded with cars, but there is plenty of space in the driveway for more than two vehicles. If you aren’t planning on outside time (and honestly it was too hot anyway with the TN summer heat), then this is a fantastic place to stay! Lots of room for everyone and a good time was had by all.

Loved the location and the house was comfortable.Could have used more garbage bags and dish pods and some basics like pepper and cooking oil but overall it was great!

wonderful guest , communication was great had a couple hiccups throughout their stay - hot water tank started leaking and it had to be replace during their stay.
