Majestic mountain views, incredible on-site amenities, and easy access to all that Tahoe's offers, make this the perfect choice asny time of year. During Ski Season, this condo sits just a few steps from the Resort Triple Chair, allowing you to be among the first on the mountain each morning.

Along with ski-in/ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe, this stunning resort has an 18-hole championship golf course (a Robert Trent Jones Jr. championship course surrounded by six mountain peaks), two heated swimming pools, three hot tubs, a seasonal 90-foot water slide, a fitness center, saunas, full-service spa, multiple restaurants, two private tennis courts, 18 kilometers of cross-country skiing, a fly fishing center, an ice rink, a sledding hill, and hiking/snowshoeing and bike trails.

Everline puts endless outdoor activities at your doorstep! In the winter, enjoy skiing, sledding, ice skating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and dog sled tours through the glistening landscape. In warmer months, stroll one minute to the stunning adjacent 18-hole championship golf course. Take a nature trail walk within the resort, hit hiking amid the peaks of Palisades Tahoe, or rent bikes and ride along the Truckee River Bike Trail - less than 3.5 miles from home. Drive 13 minutes to Alpine Meadows - an idyllic location for guided horseback rides.

From your room you have gorgeous views of the mountain, trees and the beautiful fairway and putting green of the property's golf course.

Ski in/ski out with direct access to the Resort Chair at Palisades Tahoe. Free shuttle to the Village at Palisades in the winter.

Use of the pools, spas, fitness center, internet in the room, shuttle to and from the Village are included with the Resort fee.

$55/day Resort Fee is included in the price.
Parking: Valet $65 per night Self Park: $35 per night. If you bring a vehicle, these fees are not included in the price, and will have to be paid to the resort directly. Parking fees are subject to change.

12.5% taxes: 11.5% Placer County lodging tax, 1% transit tax, and 0.5% Local Assessment are added to your reservation.

Everline Resort charges Ski and Snowboard storage for a nightly rate of $20 per set. Charges are not included in the price and will need to be paid directly to the resort.

Important: Ski and Snowboard equipment are strictly not permitted in the unit under any circumstances and will need to be stored by the resort on a nightly basis.

Cancellation Policy: Call us. We will usually refund 100% if 30 days or more prior to check-in. 50 % if 7 to 30 days prior to check-in.
