About this property

Casa Mandolina on the beach in Jaco

A wonderful 2000 sf beachfront home on south Jacó beach with private pool, charcoal grill, and lawn backyard. Located just a 7 minutes’ walk to downtown.

This home is fully air-conditioned and tiled, and boasts beautiful wood finishes, such as the lofty ceilings and skillfully carved bedroom doors. Secured with PVC windows and doors, including sliding doors that open to the pool terrace. The property is fenced and has an electronic alarm system and a security officer at the gate from 9 am to 9 pm every day.

The well-equipped kitchen is completed by a breakfast counter with stools and dining table for six. Two outside tables for four people each allow for al fresco dining.

The living room sits six people in comfortable couches around a smart TV (internet-connected) with Blu-ray player. One of the couches pulls out to a Full-size bed (suitable for children or small teenagers, not for adults).

The Master bedroom has a King-sized bed and its own smart TV (internet-connected), closet and ensuite bathroom. The Master Bathroom has a whirlpool (jetted) bathtub and a walk-in shower suitable for wheelchair entry. The second bedroom has a Double (Full) size bed, and the third bedroom has one King size bed. These bedrooms have shelves and hanging space for clothing and personal items.

A 22" charcoal Weber grill, a hammock on the porch and many pool chaise longues let you soak the good life.

Enjoy high-speed internet connectivity for work and play complete or to call home for free via VOIP.

The house was great. Clean and taken care of. The outdoor space is amazing. Beautiful pool and only about 20 yards from the beach. Perfect location in the middle of the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The help (Lester) is amazing. So glad he was there. He was very helpful and very kind. We were there for a week with another couple and we all agreed we would be back. This place is amazing.

Our stay at this beachfront property in Jacó was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t have been better—right on the beach, yet just a short walk to great restaurants and shops. Despite being so close to everything, the property still felt peaceful and private.Gabriel was fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the area. The security staff, Lester, was kind, attentive, and made us feel completely safe during our stay. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and communication throughout was excellent. We had an amazing experience and can’t wait to come back.
