Property was as described, check in process was easy, and communication with host was quick and responsive. We were in town for a baseball tournament and enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for kids to spread out in between baseball games. Had all the amenities we needed and beds were comfortable.
My friend and I brought our sons to tour Wichita State. This place was perfect. Plenty of space for all 4 of us and a space for our sons to hang out. We all enjoyed ourselves.
Dated. Clean at eye level. Beds comfortable. Quite neighborhood. Great access to Red Bud Trail. Ceiling vents and windows could use a cleaning, gaps around doors and windows could use weathering stripping. Overhead light in kitchen didn’t work and grass/ landscape needed maintenance.Overall I would recommend in its price point.
The home was wonderful. We traveled to Kansas from Dallas for an AAU basketball tournament. John was amazing in communicating. Entering the home was seamless. Everything was comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this home.
We had a bit of an emergent need at our house, to need somewhere to take the family for the eve. We wanted to have a little more freedom than renting a hotel. It was close enough for us to drive to, quiet area, very cute place! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of room for our family. The host was great to work with, as I mistakenly booked the wrong dates, he fixed it right away. We were very happy with the short stay!
Nice property, as shown in pictures. Easy to access, convenient location, responsive communication. One note - it’s a duplex and the rental is half so the porch area is only one side. Still plenty of room, no noise from the other side, no complaints. Would book again.
John was super easy to deal with, the house is perfect for 3 hunters, close to restaurants, comfortable, everything we needed and then some. We will be back!!!
The property was nice and clean. Plenty of space to feel at home in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient to get to Wichita, Valley Center and other nearby cities. The living room light was a little tricky to figure out at first, but once both switches were "on" it worked great.
Nice property. Quiet area. GPS kept taking us to the wrong side of the road so beware of that. Smaller than where we normally stay but worked for the weekend. There were only 3 of us so didn’t really use the downstairs but nice area if needed. Loved the full length mirrors in the bedrooms. Gap in the front door. Living room lights a bit tricky at first.
Overall our stay was pretty good. The room downstairs was difficult for our kids to sleep in because of the drafty windows and squeaky bunk bed. The dishes were really dirty but we ran to the store and got new sponges, soap, and batteries for the thermostat because they were almost dead. Still much better than a hotel and the host was very responsive.
This house was right where we needed to be, close to family we were visiting. It was right next to the Redbud trail you can walk/bike a mile to 13th street park- a beautiful, recently renovated park with so many fun things. We also spent a day at the Andover YMCA which is 5 minutes away-lots of fun things to do there. The house was decorated beautifully. A very handy floor plan. Nice firm beds. Everything we needed. The beds in the basement were bigger than I anticipated, double beds instead of twins. The owner was excellent with communication. It was stocked with more than we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Thank you so much for letting us stay!!
It was very cute and cozy, we loved the basement area. The only take away is the outlets in the badroom across from the bathroom doesn't work (all outlets on wall that attaches to the outside front of home). Overall we enjoyed our stay.
